2eco Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 2eco platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2eco platform — including the website, mobile application, and all services provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2eco platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to register or use this platform. 2eco reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 2eco. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained in this document.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2eco platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 2eco reserves the right to verify a user's identity through supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 2eco support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
By using the 2eco platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
- Attempting to bypass, hack, modify, or interfere with the platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive to other users.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in legal action and/or immediate account closure, along with forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2eco platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from channels permitted by law.
2eco supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. The latest limit information can be viewed in the user account section after logging in.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. 2eco reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal for identity verification, legal compliance, or investigation of suspicious activity. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
2eco is not liable for any losses resulting from transaction delays caused by factors beyond our control, including banking system disruptions or payment provider technical issues.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The 2eco platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2eco makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
2eco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, or technical failures.
Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk, and that any decision to participate is made at their own initiative and risk. 2eco does not guarantee any outcome or return from betting activities.
6. Account Suspension and Closure
2eco reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
- Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of 2eco's internal investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for non-violation reasons are entitled to request a withdrawal of their remaining balance upon completion of the verification process.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 2eco support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content, designs, software code, logos, branding, and materials on the 2eco platform are the exclusive property of 2eco or its respective licensors. The copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with this content are protected under Malaysian and international law.
Users are not permitted to copy, republish, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any platform content in any manner without prior written consent from 2eco. Permitted use is limited to personal access for the purpose of using the platform's services only.
8. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
2eco reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and in the absence of a resolution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
